About Our Youth Pastor

Pastor Brian is originally from St. Louis Missouri, and with his wife Rochelle, have served in Youth and College Ministry together for 15 years. They believe whole heartedly that they are a team in ministry together. The Lord has brought them back to Alaska for their second time. They led youth ministry for military teens for a couple years and then served at a Christian College in Kansas for a number of years working with college students as well as teens in the local church. Brian is the Youth Pastor at Cornerstone Church, and honored to be were the Lord has him. Together they have a five year old daughter named Deanna who is the life of the party and enjoys hanging out with teens as well. Brian, Rochelle, and Deanna enjoy sports a lot, whether it's baseball, football, or basketball. They also enjoy getting out and camping, hiking, and bike riding. They enjoy having people in their home and spending life with others. They have a desire to share the love of Christ with the teenagers they have an opportunity to minister to and spend time with. The Wissehr’s enjoy spending time with teens, and their parents, having fun, and spending quality family time together.
